Coverage for Mental and Nervous Disorders: Revises requirements & limitations for optional coverage for mental & nervous disorders; repeals provisions relating to optional coverage required for substance abuse impaired persons; provides for application.
Effective Date: January 1, 2011, and shall apply to policies and contracts issued or renewed on or after that date
