Florida House of Representatives Speaker-designate Rep. Ray Sansom, R-Destin, today announced he will appoint Bob Ward as Clerk of the House and Earnest W. Sumner as Sergeant at Arms for the House. The appointments are for a two year term.
04/04/2008 Speaker Rubio creates 'Select Committee on Autism & Developmental Disorders'
House Speaker Marco Rubio today announced the appointment of 13-members to a newly created House Select Committee on Autism and Developmental Disorders. Rubio named State Rep. Andy Gardiner, R-Orlando, to chair the committee. Rubio said the Committee should submit its initial recommendations within one week of its April 8th first meeting.
